Note: To guarantee a booking after you have received a return email confirmation from us, you will need to provide your credit card details by Fax, Phone or email. All rooms that are not guaranteed by the day of arrival, and have not been checked into, will be released by 2:00 pm for resale.

If you wish to arrange for your stay to be invoiced to your company/department, we require a fax on company letterhead stating specific charges to be invoiced, a return postal address and an Accounts contact name and number.
