What to expect
A guided on-campus tour is a fantastic opportunity to get a closer look at university life. We design your tour to make sure you see the facilities available to our students, while also giving you the opportunity to make connections with ANU staff. ANU Student Ambassadors assist with these tours and are able to provide first-hand information about their experiences at the University and the degrees they study.
Your tour will typically provide an overview of our facilities such as lecture theatres, laboratories, libraries, gym, bookshop, cafes, and the beautiful campus environment. If you like, you can also inspect our on-campus accommodation.
Once you submit a booking request, our Campus Tours Coordinator will be in touch within three business days to confirm the date and time of your tour.
Please note we require a minimum of three business days to organise a Campus Tour for you. We will not be able to arrange a tour if you do not adhere to this request.
An individual tour usually runs for approximately an hour and a half, please let us know if you have particular requirements.
Tours run throughout the year, Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am to 5pm (except on Canberra Day in March and other Australian public holidays).
Where to meet us for your tour?
Tours start from our Student Central Office located on the ground floor of Building X-005 on 121 Marcus Clarke Street (Childers Street entrance)

Need to cancel or reschedule your tour?
Please note we request prospective students and families to give 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their tour. This can be sent directly to the Campus Tours Co-ordinator.
