Thinkers of tomorrow
We are committed to educate Australia's brightest students and they will always have an opportunity to study at ANU. The ANU is a place of learning, and these pathways to learning will always be open to the academically brilliant.
ANU students live and breathe the pulse of new discovery and learn from some of the finest academic minds in the world. They go on to be the high achievers who hold the knowledge to a brighter tomorrow.
High Achievers admissions group features include:
- conditional offers made to students on the basis of their ANU selection rank, in order of merit, starting with the highest ANU selection rank and making offers until places are full
- final offers after the release of ATARs, with students whose ATARs are lower or higher than predicted, reassessed against their preferences
- places are offered after the National Group and the Priority Group
- satisfying the academic requirements for the program and the co-curricular or service skills threshold in order to be eligible for entry.
High Achievers Group students will be required to meet the co-curricular or service skills threshold.
The High Achievers Group is one of three groups we will use to admit students: High Achievers Group, Priority Group and National Group.
