Dr Jasmine Jury

Head of Residence
The Head of Residence has overall responsibility for the good management and leadership of the hall, including matters relating to student welfare, discipline and driving the strategic direction of the hall within the context of the wider university strategic vision.

Mr Samitha Ramanayake

Deputy Head of Residence
The Deputy Head of Residence is responsible for overseeing the Pastoral and Academic support teams in hall, as well as responding to the pastoral, academic and administrative needs of individual residents.

Mrs Susanne Smethills

Administration Manager
The Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the Hall, including financial processes, Front Office, Admissions, cleaning and maintenance.

Mrs Carina da Silva Casaca

Admissions Officer (acting)
The Admissions Officer works with the Head of Hall and Administration Manager in matters relating to admission to the hall, room assignments, and contract variations. The Admission Officer is also the first point of contact for enquiries from prospective residents.

The Front Office is the first point of contact for general queries related to hall matters, which includes parking permits, common room bookings, mail, payments, reporting maintenance issues and document submission.
