It is the patient's responsibility to contact us to obtain their test results.
In most circumstances you can phone and speak to the nurse to collect your test results. If the nurse is not available please leave a message with your name, date of birth and contact number. Please do not leave a message if you do not have an active voicemail service.
You can also email the nurse with your name and date of birth and we will endeavor to reply to your email within 24 hours, though it is important to keep in mind that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed with email correspondence.
There will also be some circumstances in which a patient needs to return to discuss their test results with a Doctor. In this case, you may be contacted by email or telephone to make an appointment.
