It is our policy not to book more than four weeks in advance.
We have daily appointments available for urgent conditions. Call the reception to obtain and urgent appointment.
New patients must call the reception to schedule an appointment.
Please bring a completed new patient registration form to your appointment.
Existing patients can schedule an appointment by using the Appointuit app or web portal or by calling reception.
When you arrive
If relevant the following should be brought to your appointment:
- new patient registration form
- valid student card
- Medicare card
- Health care card
- overseas student health insurance card.
When you arrive a receptionist will verify your personal contact details and ask you to sit in the waiting room until called by your Doctor or Nurse.
Demand for appointments is high therefore we ask that you inform reception a minimum of one hour prior to your appointment if are unable to attend, else a 'Failure to attend' fee might be charged.
Following your consultation you will be required to report back to the reception desk if:
- The doctor has asked you to book a review appointment.
- To pay for vaccinations.
