ANU summer research scholarships are an opportunity to get to grips with a research project, build networks and develop skills you will use in your studies or in graduate employment. Summer research scholarships run for eight weeks over summer and include full board on campus and allowance during your studies. Applications open on the 1st of August each year, so after your exams are finished take a look at the research projects in your area of interest before putting together your application. Thomas Schinckel, of Flinders University, talks about his experiences as a summer research scholar and gives us some tips.
