CIRCUIT CLASSES
Circuit training classes combine weight training exercises with aerobic conditioning to give you an efficient and effective workout in a short period of time. These classes are not strength training classes, but are aimed at improving cardiovascular condition and muscle tone. Individuals set their own pace and classes include warm up, recovery and cool down. A circuit class involves individually rotating through a number of exercise stations. Classes run for 45 minutes and are a great lunchtime or after uni work out! Our classes are fully supervised by accredited instructors.
