Individual Fitness Assessments and Programs

Why not make an appointment to see one of our assessors for a thorough fitness test and/or an individual fitness program?

Our assessors are fully qualified and can offer programs for specific sports, injury rehabilitation or overall body tone. No matter what your level of fitness or goals, you’ll benefit from exercise and training advice.

By booking a program consultation with one of our fitness instructors, you will be screened for potential medical problems that may restrict your exercise program. They’ll design a specific exercise program that suits your exercise goals. Remember, different goals require varied combinations of activities and exercise and only qualified fitness professionals can ascertain what is best for you. The instructor will then run you through your newly designed program and demonstrate how to use the equipment safely as well as demonstrate correct technique. A consultation also allows you to ask any exercise questions that you’ve always wanted answered.

You don’t have to be new to the gym to book a fitness program. Whether you’re bored with your current program, aren’t seeing results or want to learn correct exercise technique, you will find a Program very beneficial.

The SRA now possesses the latest in technology for measuring body fat and blood pressure touch free. We no longer need to do the 'pinch test' to measure body fat percentage.
