What is a transcript?An academic transcript is a certified statement detailing a student's academic record at the University. It includes details of all courses/units in which the student has had an effective enrolment and the marks/grades achieved in units. (Marks are only included for units taken since 1994.) It also lists University prizes and graduation details where applicable. Note: If you have an outstanding debt to the University you may not be eligible to receive an official transcript. Students with a pre-1983 record may receive a non-computerised record. How to order a transcript1. In Person: No need to complete any forms. Just come in to Student Administration, make your payment and the transcript/s will be handed to you within minutes. 2. By mail or fax: Just download a transcript order form and fax or mail to Student Administration. Alternatively, you can supply the following information in writing:

You may request the transcript to be mailed to you or you may collect it in person, with photo identification. If the transcript is to be mailed to you please provide a mailing address at the time of application. If you wish to have it collected by someone other than yourself you must provide them with written authorisation and they will be required to provide appropriate identification at the time of collection.
Note: University policy does not permit academic transcripts to be faxed.
