Mills Road4. Student Fees

4.5 Penalty for Late Payment

Students who have not paid tuition fees by the due date will incur a late fee of $125.

Tuition fees, student contribution amounts where no tax file number has been provided and Late Fees not paid by the course Census Dates will result in the cancellation from the program for both local and International students.

Cancelled Commonwealth Supported students will need to reapply through UAC for future enrolment because once cancelled for non-payment of fees, students lose their Commonwealth Supported place.

Cancelled full-fee paying students (DTF and ISF) who wish to be reinstated must pay all outstanding Tuition Fees any other outstanding fees and charges, plus an additional re-instatement fee of $250 before your enrolment will be re-instated. However, reinstatement for international students will also depend on whether or not their eCoE/visa has been cancelled.

Commonwealth Supported Students who are cancelled for non-payment of fees may only be reinstated as a Non Award student for the session they have been cancelled from and will be required to reapply through UAC for future enrolment as a Commonwealth Supported student.

Cancelled Commonwealth Supported Students who are enrolled as Non-Award students will be required to pay Domestic Tuition Fees (DTF). You will also need to ask your College to give you status for the courses you have taken as non-award as this will not happen automatically.

For a list of other administrative fees and charges including late fees, see section 4.6 of this guide.
