4. Student Fees

4.3 Sponsorship

A student who is unable to provide evidence of sponsorship by the due date will be required to pay the tuition fee and if applicable, the late fee, and seek a refund from the sponsor when evidence is provided. A Notification of Sponsorship form to cover HECS-HELP or tuition fees must be submitted by the beginning of the appropriate semester.

Unless the completed Notification of Sponsorship form is lodged with the Student Fees Office, the sponsor will not be registered as an official sponsor and you will remain liable for your fees.

The sponsor must agree to the conditions on the Notification of Sponsorship form. The form must be signed by an authorised delegate of the sponsoring organisation. The sponsor must provide proof to certify authenticity as per Clause 6 on the reverse of the form.

Notes

Sponsors are to be invoiced directly for payment of fees.

Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
