Graduation

Eligibility/Conditional Eligibility

Eligibility to graduate will be assessed on the basis of your academic record, including current enrolment as at / . If you are assessed as Approved for Graduation, or as Conditionally Approved upon passing your currently enrolled courses, the Graduation Office will email you an invitation in late May/October and you will be advised by a message on ISIS (if you no longer have access to ISIS or your University email account, a hard-copy invitation will be sent to your last known mailing address). You will need to respond by the due date to confirm and, if necessary, correct your graduation details as set out in the invitation.

If you are assessed as Conditionally Approved, the University will confirm your final eligibility to graduate when semester results are released in July/December. This confirmation will be posted on ISIS within five days of the release of results for currently enrolled students, not mailed to graduands.

You must check ISIS from 5pm the day after results are released to see if you are eligible to have your award conferred.
