Guest Invitations

All graduands who indicate they are attending the ceremony will be allocated up to 2 guest invitations. Information about applying for extra invitations via a ballot system will be available on the Graduation website.

If you enter the ballot for additional guest invitations, you will be notified by email in the week prior to the ceremony. There is no guarantee that extra invitations will be available. Allocated and extra guest invitations must be applied for and collected as advised on the Graduation website. No guest invitations will be mailed. To collect invitations you will need to show identification and/or authorisation to collect on behalf of another person. There will be a limit of 3 extra invitations per graduand.

Enquiries and Information

Any important new information will be posted on the ISIS and Graduation noticeboards. You should check these sites regularly.

If you are assessed as Conditionally Approved for conferring, you must check confirmation on ISIS after the release of results. You and your guests should remember when making travel and accommodation arrangements that your eligibility to graduate is conditional until this time.
