Passwords

When you enrol you will be given a password. This is used to access the Library catalogue and various computing facilities and to log in to ISIS. The first time you use this password to log in to ISIS you should change it to something you can remember.

You are personally responsible for the use of the password. Misuse of the password may involve a breach of the University's Discipline Rules. You must therefore ensure that it is secure at all times and, in particular, you must not lend the card or password to anyone.

Forgotten Passwords

If you are experiencing problems with your password, or have simply forgotten what it is, you can contact an AskANU IT Consultant in the Chifley Library (Building #15). If you are unable to attend in person due to being interstate or overseas, you can contact Student Business Solutions to have it reset on 6125 5467.
