What is ISIS?

ISIS (Interactive Student Information Services) is a web-based system that allows you to access certain personal and academic information held on the University's Student System. The System is generally available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Accessible information includes:

  • Your academic record including latest results (after each formal examination period your results will be made available to you through ISIS);
  • address details (mailing address, permanent home address, temporary address, etc.);
  • enrolment details;
  • Commonwealth assistance/fee account details and invoices;
  • Graduation eligibility and details.

You also use ISIS to update your address details, to register or change your enrolment, and to change your password.

You should always check ISIS the day after you change your enrolment to ensure that your enrolment record and customer account details have been correctly updated overnight.

For ISIS problems, phone the helpline on 02 6125 5467 or email sbs.help@anu.edu.au
