Haydon-Allen2. Enrolment

2.4 Adding and Dropping Courses

Most variations to your enrolment can be made using ISIS. If you are unable to use ISIS to vary your enrolment, you will need to complete an Enrolment Variation Form. See below for more details.

Adding Courses

The addition of courses will normally only be permitted up to the end of the second week of each semester.

You may add a Semester 1 course to your existing enrolment via the ISIS website on or before 6 March 2009.

Semester 2 courses may be added to your existing enrolment via the ISIS website on or before 31 July 2009.

Requests to add courses after the relevant date must be lodged on an Enrolment Variation form with the relevant College Office and will only be considered for approval if the Course Authority/Lecturer of the course certifies, in writing, that you have been attending classes for that semester, and the Delegated Authority supports the late enrolment.

A non-refundable charge of $50 must be paid for such variations.

Students adding courses late will not generally be invoiced. Check your account details on ISIS for the amount due for payment for courses added late and pay the due amount immediately.

No courses will be added after Census Date.

Dropping Courses

Courses may be dropped at any time during the academic year prior to the commencement of the relevant examination period. Courses dropped after Census Date will incur a financial liability and will be recorded on Academic Transcripts.

ISIS will not permit you to drop the last course in any semester/session. If you want to drop all courses in a session, you will need to submit an Application For Program Leave or Enrolment Variation form.
