2. Enrolment

2.12 Withdrawing from your Program

To withdraw from all courses in an academic year/semester, or to cancel study thereby giving up your place in that program, you must submit, to the relevant Delegated Authority, a written request or an Application for Program Withdrawal form.

Students cannot drop all courses in a semester/session using ISIS.

If you stop attending classes and do not notify the University of your withdrawal, you will remain enrolled in the program, remain liable for the tuition fees and receive a fail grade for any enrolled courses.

Withdrawal from a program or cancellation of a program will normally be acknowledged within 28 days of the receipt of the request. If you have not received an acknowledgement of your withdrawal within this time, you must contact the respective College Office.
