ANU Alumni PhD Scholarships

 

Purpose:
Each year the University offers up to one scholarship each for nationals of Japan, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.

Value:
A$23,728 (2012 rate) per annum tax free, in fortnightly payments. This scholarship also pays the tuition fees for the tenure of the program (three years with two (2) possible six month extensions).

Other Benefits :
Travel to Canberra; reimbursement of some removal expenses; thesis reimbursement allowance.

Duration (stipend):
Three years full-time, with a possible six month extension.

Eligibility:
International students who are nationals of Japan, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.

Application:
These scholarships are awarded by the Alumni Associations in each country. Relevant information, as it comes to hand, will be added below.
