Invitation to Conferring of Awards have now been posted out to all students who have been Approved or Conditionally Approved for conferral in July 2008.

Response to Invitations need to be returned to the Examinations and Graduations Office by the 20th June 2008 in order to receive your testamur (award certificate). If you do not return your "Response to Invitation" by 20th June, your award may not be conferred and you will not receive your testamur.

If, due to extenuating circumstances, you have not yet responded to your Invitation, please contact the Graduations Office as a matter of urgency.

CONDITIONAL INVITATIONS: You MUST check confirmation of your eligibility on ISIS on 8 July 2008. Final eligibility for a July conferral will be dependent upon successful completion of your current enrolment. ALL results must be confirmed by 8 July and all financial obligations settled with the University by 20 June 2008.

Congratulations on your upcoming graduation. The information on these pages is provided to assist ANU students who have either already completed or who expect to complete their academic program in time for the July 2008 conferral of award ceremonies.

The July 2008 ceremonies will be held on Thursday 17 and Friday 18 July. Please click here for more information on which ceremony to attend.

Important dates for your diary

January - March 28 2008	Complete and submit an application form if necessary
5 May 2008	Update your mailing address on ISIS so that we can send your invitation package by the end of May.
by 20 June 2008	Respond to the invitation by the due date. You must do this whether you are attending the ceremony or not.
by 20 June 2008	Pay all outstanding debts to the University.
by 20 June 2008	Complete and return the gown hire form to the ANU Union Office.
5pm, 7 July 2008	Check final graduation eligibility on ISIS. If you believe your status is incorrect, you must contact your academic area immediately.
