Application to Confer are now open for December. These applications must be submitted by the 29th August to guarantee you are assessed in time for the December Conferrals.

The December Conferrals will be held on the 11th and 12th December. Please re-visit this site in late August for the times and dates of Conferral for each College within the University.

Congratulations on your upcoming graduation. The information on these pages is provided to assist ANU students who have either already completed or who expect to complete their academic program in time for the December 2008 conferral of award ceremonies.

The December 2008 ceremonies will be held on Thursday 11 and Friday 12 December . Information on which ceremony to attend will be available online from late August.

- 11 and 12 December Extra Guest invitations. Enter the ballot here. This ballot opens at 9:00AM Monday 20th October and closes at 5:00PM Friday 21st November.

Important dates for your diary

July - August 29 2008	Complete and submit an application form if necessary
30 September 2008	Update your mailing address on ISIS so that we can send your invitation package by the end of October.
by 14 November 2008	Respond to the invitation by the due date. You must do this whether you are attending the ceremony or not.
by 14 November 2008	Pay all outstanding debts to the University.
by 14 November 2008	Complete and return the gown hire form to the ANU Union Office.
5pm, 1 December 2008	Check final graduation eligibility on ISIS. If you believe your status is incorrect, you must contact your academic area immediately.
