Emailing of sponsor invoices

As of 1 January 2010, all sponsor invoices will be emailed to sponsors.

Invoices and receipts in ISIS

Invoices and receipts are now made available in ISIS to view and download. They are found under the account details heading in ISIS

Tuition fee and Student Contribution payments online

Tuition fee and Student Contribution payments can now be made online through ISIS using Mastercard or Visa. This can be done by:

• Clicking on Account Details in the ISIS menu list
• Selecting Charges to Pay
• Selecting Make a Payment

Brick payments online

Brick payments can now be made online through ISIS using Mastercard or Visa. This can be done by:

• Clicking on Account Details in the ISIS menu list
• Selecting Brick Payment

Dynamic Currency Conversion

Payments processed at Student Administration using foreign Mastercard or Visa may be processed in the foreign currency (if available), unless the student advises otherwise. Students will receive a receipt that confirms the charge in both the Australian Dollar amount and the foreign currency amount. Foreign currencies that are currently available are:

• Canadian Dollar (CAD)
• Euro (EUR)
• Hong Kong Dollar (HKD)
• Indian Rupees (IDR)
• Indonesia Rupiahs (INR)
• Japanese Yen (JPY)
• Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
• New Zealand Dollar (NZD)
