  • Coordinating enrolment sessions each semester, and Orientation Week at the start of each year

  • Issuing the SEAP Guide for each academic year

When do I need to see Enrolments?

You need to contact Enrolments if:

  • you have questions about taking program leave

  • you have questions about withdrawing from your program

  • you need to add or drop a course if ISIS won’t let you

  • you have questions about transferring your program (changing your degree)

  • you need a new or to revalidate your student card

  • you wish to obtain a copy of your academic transcript

  • you have any other questions regarding administrative processes for your enrolment

Any questions regarding administrative processes can be directed to the Enrolments. Depending on the specifics of the enquiry, Enrolments may need to re direct your enquiry to other areas of SAS or to your College Student Office.

What is the difference between Enrolments and my College Student Office?

Your College Student Office administers your program and is the authority on your program. This means that they decide which courses you can study in your program and whether you can take leave/withdraw or transfer your program. They also approve whether you are eligible to graduate at the end of your program.

The Enrolments Office performs most of these processes once the College Office has notified assessed your application. Enrolments process most forms that you submit once the College has assessed and signed them, and Enrolments also deal directly with the College Student Office relating to many of your enquiries.
