Academic Transcripts
Your ANU Academic Transcript is a complete record of your programs,
courses and grades received. It also lists majors, specialisations,
prizes and scholarships.
This academic transcript is your official record of ANU enrolment.
As the transcript is an official original, it is already a certified
copy. For this reason we are not able to certify copies of the
ANU academic transcript at the enquiries counter.
How can I get one?
If you are in Canberra, the quickest way to obtain a copy is
to come in to the SAS Enquiries Counter in the Pauline Griffin
Building. Payments are taken Monday to Friday between 9:00am and
4:30pm and the costs for a transcript are as follows:
First copy $15.00
Additional copies $2.00
NOTE: These costs are charged for every transaction (ie $15 for
the first copy every time).
Photo identification will be checked when you come to the counter
before your transcript is issued.
If you are not in Canberra, you can complete an application,
available at www.anu.edu.au/sas/forms/transcriptapplication.pdf. The application should be faxed to the number at the top of
the form, for the Fees Office to process the payment. Enrolments
will then send out the copies to the address on the form. Average
processing time is approximately 2 days for transcripts to be
posted out.
Costs are as follows:
First copy $15.00
Additional copies $2.00
Regular Post (domestic no charge
and international)
Express Post – Domestic $4.80
Express Post – International $14.80
Please note that transcript and postage charges will increase effective 1 January 2010.
As stated on the application form, you will be required to send
official identification (copy of driver's licence or birth certificate)
with the application form.
NOTE: Transcript requests for studies at ANU prior to 1990 may
require a processing period of up to two weeks if adjustments
or corrections are required. If you are unsure if your transcript
will require adjustments you can contact us to check before sending
the application form.
