Enrolment Instructions

International Research Students

To complete your enrolment, please follow the steps as outlined below:

1. Provide evidence of completion of any conditions listed in your offer letter
   
   
2. When a student visa is granted, please advise the Enrolments Office by email to Enrolments@anu.edu.au and quote your student ID. You are required to provide a copy of the student visa and the passport.

Upon receipt of a copy of your passport and visa, you will be sent the ANUBIS Guide, Commencement of Program form, Salary Payment Form (if applicable) and Enrolment Variation Form (if applicable)

3. Complete the Student Task Wizard on ISIS using the ISIS Guide
   

After your arrival in Canberra, please follow the steps listed below to complete your enrolment:

4. Contact your Department, Centre or Division. If required to undertake coursework units, complete an Enrolment Variation Form and obtain authorisation from Supervisor and Delegated Authority
   
   
5. Contact the Enrolments Office for an appointment by email to Enrolments@anu.edu.au or by phone
   +61 2 6125 3339 - option 1.
   

Please bring the following papers when you come for your appointment to formalise your enrolment

1. Original transcripts (if not previously submitted)
2. Passport and visa (a hard copy of the student visa will be required in the case of electronic visa)
3. Original documents requested as evidence of completion of any conditions (if not previously submitted)
4. Bank account details including the BSB number (if applicable)

Please note that your enrolment cannot take place prior to the completion of any conditions listed in your offer letter and that your enrolment can only be finalised after the official commencement of your program.
