Enrolment Instructions

Domestic Research Students

To complete your enrolment, please follow the steps as outlined below:

1. Provide evidence of completion of any conditions listed in your offer letter

2. Complete the Online Acceptance Poll

3. Relocate to Canberra (if applicable)

4. Contact the Enrolments Office by email to Enrolments@anu.edu.au and quote your student ID number two weeks before your official commencement date
   
   You will then be sent the ISIS Guide, Commencement of Program form, Salary Payment Form (if applicable) and Enrolment Variation Form (if applicable).
   
   

5. Contact your Department, Centre or Division.  If required to undertake coursework units, complete an Enrolment Variation Form and obtain authorisation from your Supervisor and the Delegated Authority

6. Complete Student Task Wizard on ISIS using the ISIS Guide
   
   
7. Return the following documents:
   
   
   • “Commencement of Program/Completion of ISIS” Form to the Enrolments Office when you commence your program;
   • Salary Payment/Deduction to Financial Institution/s Form (if applicable).  This form will be used for payment of your scholarship.  Please note that scholarship/s will be paid fortnightly, in arrears, on Thursdays; and
   • Enrolment Variation Form (if applicable)
     
     
8. After you have completed the ISIS Student Task Wizard, commenced your program, and returned the above documents, you will be sent an email confirming your enrolment and advising when you will be able to collect your Information Pack and Student ID card.

Please note that your enrolment cannot take place prior to the completion of any conditions listed in your offer letter and that your enrolment can only be finalised after the official commencement of your program.
