Winter Session 2009 Enrolment Instructions

If you are offered a place in a Winter Session program or course, you should follow the instructions below in order to enrol:

Accept you offer as per the instructions in your offer letter.
If you are unsure how to accept your offer, contact the Admissions Office on 02 6125 5594 or email Admiss.App@anu.edu.au

Come to the Student Administration Services Enquiry Counter and request an Enrolment Form. You should bring your offer letter with you and photo ID.
If you have already received an Enrolment Form, or an Enrolment Registration Form, you may skip this step.

Take your Enrolment Form to your College Student Office and ask that the delegated authority sign your enrolment form.

Once the form has been signed, return to the Student Administration Services Enquiry Counter and submit it. You will be issued with a password and information about logging in to the Interactive Student Information System (ISIS).
Please note that you will normally be enrolled in the courses approved on your Enrolment Form by Enrolments Office staff unless otherwise advised.

You must log into ISIS and complete the student Task Wizard.
For instructions on how to do this see the ISIS Guide.
Once you have completed the student Task Wizard you must confirm your enrolment. To confirm your enrolment click the 'Enrolment' link in the menu at the top-left of screen in ISIS, click on Summer Session and your enrolled courses will be displayed.
If you have any difficulty accessing your enrolment information, your enrolment is wrong or you have any other questions regarding your enrolment, contact the Enrolments Office on 02 6125 3339 - option 1 or email Enrolments@anu.edu.au or come to the Student Administration Services Enquiry Counter.
- Once the Task Wizard is complete and you have confirmed that your enrolment is correct you will be entitled to a Student Card. To receive a student card you must present yourself at the Student Administration Services Enquiry Counter and show photo ID.
Please note that some programs or academic areas may have different enrolment procedures, if unsure, contact the relevant College Student Office or academic area.
