Grievances
If there is a problem with your enrolment, you will need to approach
the responsible area in the University as soon as possible for
the problem to be addressed. For academic-related problems, you
should contact your College/Faculty Student Office for assistance. Non-academic
administrative matters should be taken up with Student Administration
Services. If you are not satisfied with the University's response
once you have raised the matter, you may wish to make a formal
complaint or appeal.
The procedure: Student Complaint Resolution gives an overview of grievance
and appeal procedures for different types of grievances.
For advice on making an appeal or complaint, you can consult
the ANU Students' Association (ANUSA), the Postgraduate and Research
Students' Association (PARSA) or the Dean of Students.
