Changing Your Name, Title or Other Personal Details

If your name, title or other personal details change you must register that change with the University.

Changes of address or phone contact

If you still have access to ISIS, you can change change your address and phone details by logging on, clicking on the 'Personal Details' link in the left hand menu and following the onscreen instructions.

If you no longer have access to ISIS, you will need to complete a Change of Name or Title form and lodge it, at the Enrolments Office. Alternatively, if you are a graduate, you may contact ANU Alumni.

Changes to name and/or title

To change your name or title with the University you must complete a Change of Name or Title form and lodge it, with supporting documentation (such as a Marriage Certificate or Statutory declaration) at the Enrolments Office.
