Booklists and reading bricks

Booklists

The booklist for each course will be available from departments and centres around November each year, or you can search the Co-Op Bookshop's text list.

Reading bricks

A 'reading brick' is a book of photocopied readings. Some courses use reading bricks as a way of giving students all the required readings for a course, without the student having to find each article or book chapter separately or having to buy many different textbooks. You will need to buy a copy of the reading brick for each course you are enrolled in that uses them.

You can find out if your course has a reading brick by checking the booklist for the course (see above.) The booklist will also tell you where you need to go to get your reading brick - some Colleges sell their reading bricks through the Co-Op Bookshop, off Union Court. Other Colleges require you to pay online through ISIS for your brick, and take your receipt back to your College Office where you will be given your brick.

Not finding your brick on the list? Contact your College Office.

Science bricks are sold through the Co-Op Bookshop and online through ISIS.
