Applications to an Undergraduate Program requiring Audition or Interview (Music and Visual, Digital and Design Arts)

 

If you have selected a Music, Design Arts, Digital Arts or Visual Arts program as one of your preferences through UAC, you will need to attend either an audition (Music performance programs) or an interview (Professional Music Practice, Design Arts, Digital Arts or Visual Arts programs or Diploma of Art). You must have listed these programs as one of your preferences by 31 October 2011.

 

Music and Professional Music Practice programs (including combined and UC Secondary Education)

To attend an audition, complete the Audition poll. After completing the poll, you will see a message that reads "Thank you, your request has been submitted. Please print this page for your reference." This is confirmation that your registration has been received.

Bachelor of Music (including Combined Degrees)
All applicants for the Bachelor of Music must complete the poll to attend an interview.  All applicants accepted into the Bachelor of Music may enrol in introductory instrumental or vocal lessons.  If you want to study at a more advanced level you will also need to nominate an instrument and attend an audition.  (Interview and audition will take place within the one timeslot.)
 
Bachelor of Professional Music Practice (including Combined Degrees)
Entry to this degree is by ATAR.  All applicants accepted into the Bachelor of Professional Music Practice may enrol in introductory instrumental or vocal lessons.  If you want to study at a more advanced level you will need to nominate an instrument and attend an audition. Complete the poll if you wish to attend an audition.
 
Bachelor of Education in Secondary Teaching (Music)
This degree is offered by the University of Canberra with music courses delivered by the ANU School of Music.  Students applying for this degree must nominate an instrument and attend an audition. All applicants applying to this program must complete the poll.

Visual, Digital and Design Arts programs (including combined degrees and Diploma of Art)

To attend an interview for a Visual Arts, Design Arts or Digital Arts Program or the Diploma of Art, complete the Interview poll. After completing the poll, you will see a message that reads "Thank you, your application has been submitted." This is confirmation that your registration has been received.

Notification of interview date and further information will be posted out in early November to applicants who have registered via this poll.
