ARIES Human EthicsIn January 2006 the ANU commenced a review of the administration of ethical review of research involving humans. Taking direction from Griffith University's recent review, the ANU has developed a process to reflect contemporary circumstances. To assist in the improved efficiency of administration and ethical review, the ANU has introduced an on-line application form in the ANU Research Information Enterprise System, ARIES. The new three-level ethical risk classification will streamline the ethical review of low-risk protocols by simplifying the preparation and ethical review of protocols.
On-line Application Facilitates
The ANU gratefully acknowledges its use of the research ethics arrangements and experience of Griffith University in devising the new ANU system. ![]()
