ANU Future Research Leaders Program (FRLP)

Group of Eight Future Research Leaders Program 2009
‘Supporting the Development of Australia’s Future Research Leaders’

The FRLP is designed for those who have obtained a PhD and have an interest in pursuing an academic career or those who have extensive experience in research management.

The aim of the program is to develop the skills and knowledge critical for researcher leadership and targeted towards current and emerging researchers in Go8 universities. It is a comprehensive approach to achieving better research outcomes by offering training in all aspects of research development and project management.

The program is comprised of nine custom-designed modules covering various aspects of the roles and responsibilities that researchers assume as project managers and research leaders.

Each module includes online learning material plus a face-to-face workshop. Modules may be undertaken individually, or to receive a certificate, as an entire program.
