Security - the College offers a secure environment through a combination of residential staff living on site, well lit living spaces, and security doors (to which residents have keys). The university grounds are also patrolled regularly by ANU Security.

Parking - Ample car parking is available for residents and guests.

Bike Shed - Many students own bikes and house them in the locked and covered bike shed.

Pay Phones - in addition to telephones in study-bedrooms, there are pay phones on the ground floor which accept coins and phone cards, and another which accepts credit cards.
