Possible projects for third year students, in education research

I would be happy to supervise a student interested in doing some education research, either looking at tertiary physics learning, or a mixture of secondary and tertiary in collaboration with the Australian Science Olympiads staff, including the education officer.

Areas of interest include:

            transition between secondary and tertiary

            learning how to do research

            the role of laboratory courses in undergraduate education

A project could also include development as well as research, particularly of laboratory activities, for either secondary or tertiary students.
