This resource site has attracted over 25 million hits since it was established at the beginning of 1995. It is continuing to accumulate them at over 3 million hits p.a., and is linked to from thousands of pages.

The resources available are in several specialised areas, and can be accessed by means of the buttons above. There are well over 1,000 documents on the site. A few are academic in nature, but most are intended to be readable and useful. As the copyright notice says, you're very welcome to use these resources in appropriate ways.

I'm a consultant specialising in eBusiness, information infrastructure, and data surveillance and information privacy. Most of my work these days is performed from the strategic, policy and public advocacy perspectives. I've provided expert evidence in a variety of areas.
