Staff are being encouraged to check out the 2017 Staff Development Calendar and plan courses that they would like to take during the year.
The calendar, which can be found on the HR Services Leadership and Staff Development webpage, makes it easier for staff to pick courses that would fit with their skills development requirements outlined in the Performance Development Review (PDR).
New development opportunities have been added in the areas of Equity and Diversity, and HR Systems. New topics added this year include building resilience for high performing teams, responding to ill health in the workplace and conducting effective performance conversations.
