No such assertions/undertakings are made in the welcome message or any
server-supplied documentation upon your subscription to the list. You
are, however, correct in stating that the server software does not allow
subscriber listing. In any case, you reveal your identity each and every
time you post to the list. It's a moot point.

Last time I checked, 2600 Australia wasn't anything more than a website, a
mailing list and some guys that talk over coffee. We're certainly not, as
you suggest with your reference to the TPA, a "Corporation".

I jaywalked across George St the other night on the way to the 2600
