I have organised for the creation of an Australian Computer Society (ACS)
Economic, Legal and Social Implications Committee (ELSIC) list, for the use
of those who wish to be actively involved in ACS ELSIC discussions.

More details on ELSIC and its work are included at:
http://www.acs.org.au/boards/cab/elsictr.html

The rationale for the list is that there are now many ELSIC members, and
others interested in the work of ELSIC, but not everyone of these want to
be involved in detailed discussions on ELSIC related matters. If you you
would like to be fully involved in ELSIC discussions, please follow the
instructions below to join the list.

The list is open, and unmoderated.

To subscribe to the list please write

To: majordomo@acslink.net.au

with the first line of your message reading:

subscribe acselsic-l

To unsubscribe, you do exactly the same, but with 'unsubscribe' in place of
'subscribe'

Messages to the list, that is, words you want read by everyone on the list
(as distinct from subscribe, unsubscribe, help and such like commands to
the list) are sent:

To: acselsic-l@acslink.net.au

Regards
