I don't agree that a cellphone handset manufacturer taking precautions to
patent a device that limits head exposure from cellphones is necessarily
"admitting dangers" or creating liability.

He is likely only reacting to marketing pressures from the public who do
perceive some possibilities.

So I think this article is poor analysis -- even though I suspect that the
dangers are real.

I think it is intelligent that we observe 'precautionary principles' and
minimuse exposure to anything that has the potential for such long-term
widespread damage -- but that doesn't mean that harm has been proved.

It just means that more research needs to be done, urgently.
