Greetings all,

Anyone know where I can obtain a more report on this remarkable
development?

EU DELAYS PRIVACY LAW

The European Union today agreed to delay enforcing its new
privacy directive which prohibits European companies from
exchanging information about customers or employees with
companies in countries that do not adequately protect the privacy

of the data. The new directive, which came into force at the
weekend, has upset the US, which prefers voluntary rather than
government regulations to protect privacy. More negotiations are
to be held.

Cheers,

Damon.
