Especially considering that M Smeaton could well be Mark Smeaton, former editor
of Australian Communications and last seen at Ozemail...

I thought I was getting these because someone else's mailbox is
full:

********************************************************************
[017] Unable to deliver user mail due to a full mailbag.

But then Richard Welykochy <rick@dot.net.au> tells me he got:

It's not my mailbox getting full, unless it is Dynamite.com.au
stuffing up.

Is anyone else getting these?

Anyone know what is going on?

I have been involved with a number of online services over the
years, and I observe that each has a personality. Different
newsgroups have sub-personalities, but the overall Internet
personality is one I wouldn't want to meet in a dark alley.
