Brenda Aynsley and Peter Coroneos have each confirmed that the story is
incorrect. The Government is still negotiating a "light-hand" approach
with industry and legislation is not imminent.
Peter has added, in a message to the aussie-isp mailing list, that IIA
is seeking a hotline/takedown regime, presumably tied to compliance with
an industry code.
