The other message he was giving was that the Internet is hard to use,
and that AOL is going for the community that has trouble not only with
the Internet, but computers in general. I know that some Net
users look down their noses at anyone @aol.com because of
their behaviour (although webtv.net subscribers appear to be taking
over from the AOLers in this regard) so I'll be interested to see
what sort of manners we see from the new bunch at aol.com.au
