Ten TV, Sun, 27 Sep 5:30 PM, Beyond 200 program had a 10 minute segment
on replacement for existing satellite coverage which included remote
controlled balloons at 50K feet or so, a satellite grid system using
over 150 satellites and a couple other novel thoughts.
There balloon coverage was remotely controlled which allowed them to
cross pattern and remain in "orbit" for longer than 8 hours.
