My understanding is that it's ok to record a conversation you have for your
own personal records, but you are not permitted to let any other party not
already involved in the conversation to listen to the recording without the
consent of those in the conversation.
(Not that it matters these days, people eavesdrop all the time huh?)
Anyway, I'd love to hear any comments on this matter.
