Does anyone know anything about this?
This is the first I have heard about the matter...

I am sure this message should be distributed further and I know Nick

G'day,

Telstra is again threatening to remove (or modify to make them non-functional)
PAPL services which many ISPs (Zeta included) use to obtain short-distance
high-capacity bandwidth, which would require them to be replaced with
Telstra services costing approx. 10 times as much.

This is Telstra using, again, its muscle in an anti-competitive manner,
spending money to break existing services and causing an increase in
Internet costs (and ultimately price rises to the consumer).

Please assist the Internet industry by lobbying your politician and/or
the ACCC to force Telstra to not disable currently-working services.
