I might add that the nav bar at the side has such poor contrast that you
can't read what is there. I think it's blue letters on purple.

A good thing they've done is put in a link to a non-frames site, at least
that's what it says in the source code on the front page. That page is
at:

http://www.fed.gov.au/nf_index.htm

Why they need two, I have no clue.

I'm testing it against Bobby, the disabled accessibility site
[http://www.cast.org/bobby/ and have sent comments to the feedback
collector.
