for a critical review of products on the market. There was
a kerfuffle last year when Solid Oak Software (the
CyberSitter authors) added the site to their list of banned
sites. The CEO wrote the most amazing letter to Peacefire
and you can't install CyberSitter if you have visited
www.peacefire.org recently (ie: if there is a copy of the
www.peacefire.org web page in your browser cache).

This sort of action makes me think that Solid Oak software
is headed by a reactionary loony, the sort of person I
wouldn't trust to be the arbiter where a kids browser should
go.
