I think this is one of the many things the electronic warfare people are
worried about. With the resources of a defense establishment you could
create customized email lists for groups of used with emails which looked
like something pertinent to them to increase the likelihood that they would
execute the file - of course there would be Mac, NT and unix versions
attached as well.... Probably the unix recipients wouldn't be dumb enough
to execute it though....

If you manages to knock out even a few % of workstations behind a filewall
via email with something which was very contagious the epidemiology models
would be quite interesting.
